The Project consists of furnishing labor and material necessary to remove the existing 12kV main electrical substation on the campus of San Francisco State University in San Francisco, California, and to replace it with a new 12kV main electrical substation, including, but not limited to, performing all necessary site work at the substation site, including construction of concrete slabs, housekeeping pads, sidewalks, fencing and roof structure, sequencing construction and providing temporary power arrangements to maintain electrical service during construction, coordinating with PG&E for cutover of electric metering and service cables to new substation, replacing sections of 12kV feeder cables, replacing 12kV taped splices with modular separable connectors, providing grounding system additions in electrical manholes and modifying the campus power monitoring system and related systems.
